The Lord's Prayer

Call to Worship: Psalm 130:7

  • Pastor: Hope in the Lord!
  • People: For with the Lord there is steadfast love and with the Lord is great power to redeem!

Unison Prayer:

God of our hope, You are ever-present with us, even to this day. Open our eyes, our hearts, our souls, and our minds to see Your faithful promises toward us. Send Your living Word of hope to strengthen our faith in Your eternal love for us. Guide us in Your truths so our lives can radiate Your presence with us, even in this time when we are separated from others. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit that we understand You can breath into us new life and understanding in this time and era.

  • Pastor: If the Lord should mark iniquities, who could stand?
  • People: But there is forgiveness with the Lord, so that God can be revered.
  • Pastor: We wait for the Lord, our souls wait,
  • People: And in God's Word we hope;
  • Pastor: Our souls wait for the Lord,
  • People: more than those who watch for the morning.
